1. Finalizing Designs and Payments
At Saint Augustin, we collaborate closely with you to finalize your cabinetry designs. Once designs are approved and finalized, no changes can be made, and the order is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
Payment: Full payment is required before the manufacturing process begins. Once payment is made, the order will be scheduled for production.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. This includes both fully custom and semi-custom cabinetry orders.
Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted once designs have been finalized and payment has been processed.
3. Simplicity Collection Disclaimer
Our Simplicity collection, while designed to match your specifications, may exhibit slight color variations due to the natural characteristics of materials and the limitations of photography. While we strive to provide accurate product images, the colors you see may not fully represent the final product. Please allow for some variation in color and finish, as this is a hallmark of natural materials.
4. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Saint Augustin offers an industry-leading limited lifetime warranty on all cabinetry, covering factory defects and premature damage not resulting from normal use. This warranty ensures that your cabinetry will stand the test of time.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
If you believe your cabinetry is affected by a factory defect, please contact us at support@cstaugustin.com, and we will work with you to address the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Delivery and Installation
Once your custom cabinetry has been manufactured and delivered, our team ensures that the product arrives in perfect condition. Any issues regarding damage during transit should be reported to us immediately upon receipt.
Installation: Proper installation is essential for the longevity and function of your cabinetry. Saint Augustin is not responsible for damages incurred during installation if done by third-party contractors not affiliated with our company.

8. Limitation of Liability
Saint Augustin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products under the terms of the warranty.
9. Force Majeure
Saint Augustin shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or related to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dallas, Texas courts.
